Adult Winter Cricket and Fitness Program Oct-Sept 2023

The Adult development Program is run on Wednesday night between 7-9pm. The course is aimed at all levels from club players who are looking to get practice in before the start of the season to those just starting out or coming back to cricket after time away from the game. The course will cover all aspects of the game batting, bowling, fielding and with a fitness element as well. There will be technical advice and the use of the analysis and bowling machines here at the academy.
