The Next Level: 
Advanced Coaching for focused Cricketers.

Our limited-space, two-day intensive course for junior cricketers aged 8-9 for hard ball cricket. This course is specifically for those who are beginning and already playing hard ball cricket and means they will need to bring all of their protective equipment. 

There will be cricket focused training with net practice, skill-based learning, technical coaching and game-based competition.  As competition becomes more important, we will encourage players to focus on playing to win while emphasising the Spirit of Cricket. 

Through a combination of warm-ups, fielding practice, and games, we will introduce strength and flexibility exercises, to improve their range of movements. This section of the training will predominantly be through soft ball practice as appropriate to these drills and exercise. 

Our coaching style, centred around Games for Understanding, will promote problem-solving and enhance creative thinking while teaching the full range of cricket skills in a safe and fun environment. 

This course will also include a tour of the Historic Lord's ground, including the Museum, Pavilion and Players Changing Rooms (subject to other events taking place around the ground on these dates). Players will get an unprecedented insight into the history of the 'Home of Cricket', unique to the Lord's experience.
